Hello! Thank you for being interested in my design commissions. Designing cute girl and characters is a passion of mine, and I take huge pride and love in creating the ideal designs for my clients. TERMS OF SERVICE

Thank you so much for being interested in working with me! Please read this TOS carefully as it will protect us from having any potential issues.

- Commissions are for personal usage only
- Commercial use is forbidden unless discussed beforehand.
- NFTs and/or AI related use is FORBIDDEN, no exceptions
-Reselling the design to friends/companies/anyone is not allowed
- Depending on circumstances, I reserve the right to accept or reject any proposed project.
- If any TOS is violated after payment has been sent, you will be promptly refunded the full amount that was paid, the design and its rights are withdrawn from you, and you will be blocked and blacklisted.
- I hold the right to showcase the design on my portfolios and websites (after completion)
Reselling your design:
Reselling the design to friends/companies/anyone is forbidden. The design was crafted especially for you, so I would like if this was respected. If any changes are needed to the design after all work is completed, you are more than welcome to contact me about it.
Why can't I resell?
I'm highly against it because my TOS was broken by past clients multiple times. It was upsetting seeing my designs resold to multiple people for a higher price than it was initially sold for, and I wasn't informed of the transfers as well. Please understand my stance regarding this, thank you.
Commercial fee terms:
- Commercial fees allows you to create merchandise of your character without having to worry about royalties.
- Commercial fees does NOT mean you can resell the design.Commercial projects

PALLAS

A personal AI companion created by Swiss-Italian inventor, Theofried. He designed her for every day use and to help combat his isolation and agoraphobia. He was inspired by Japanese virtual pets and ukagaka when coming up with her design--but due to his lack of art skills, the end result was incredibly plain. Despite his initial disappointment in his art, he's grown incredibly fond of her and believes she's his greatest invention. Her data can be transferred into virtual pet shells or robot dog bodies.

-"Data" form is when she is within the confines of a computer or digital pet shell.
-"Robot" form is when she possesses a physical body (ie- Aibo, mio pup, etc).
-"Clear craze" is a reimagining of her robot form if she was within a blue Poo-chi. Due to her simple design, Theofried reimagines her in different colors and outfits depending on the physical body she is in. However, her avatar on the monitor will display the "Robot" form only. Essentially, Clear Craze and other reimagination is purely for fun.
